The Ministry of Transport has announced the continuation of reverse dispatch operations for pilgrims in the holy governorate of Karbala following the Ashura commemorations, affirming the mobilization of all resources to ensure their safe return to the capital and other governorates. The Ministry stated that the General Company for Passengers and Delegations' buses are executing their duties with high efficiency. A comprehensive plan was prepared, involving 250 buses, with 100 allocated to the capital axis and 150 to the Karbala axis, representing a 25% increase compared to previous years to accommodate the high influx of pilgrims. The Ministry confirmed that transport services will continue around the clock until the complete evacuation of the city is achieved.
