Security Forces Comb Wadi Al-Shai Following a Targeted Operation that Eliminated a Terrorist

Units of the Iraqi Army conducted a meticulous combing operation this Friday, targeting the site of a recent airstrike in the Wadi Al-Shai area of Kirkuk Governorate. This action is part of ongoing efforts to pursue and dismantle remaining terrorist cells. Informed security sources reported that the operation followed a successful airstrike targeting a terrorist hideout, which resulted in the neutralization of a dangerous element. During search and inspection operations at the targeted site, the executing forces successfully seized a motorcycle and an improvised explosive device (IED).
