Dozens of National Security Officers Granted Judicial Investigator Authority Following Specialized Training

Dozens of officers from the National Security Agency took the legal oath before the Presidency of the Baghdad/Al-Rusafa Appeal Court, marking the commencement of their duties after being granted the authority of a judicial investigator. This measure follows their successful completion of an intensive specialized course at the Judicial Institute. During the ceremony, judicial authorities emphasized the crucial role the investigator plays as a fundamental pillar in penal cases, stressing the necessity of strict adherence to impartiality, integrity, and accuracy in documenting procedures, given their direct connection to citizens' rights and the course of justice.
