The command directed the elevation of combat readiness among security forces, intensifying preemptive operations and intelligence efforts to pursue outlaws and ensure public safety. Directives emphasized preventing armed displays, avoiding road closures, and organizing religious processions to guarantee smooth traffic flow, strictly prohibiting their placement on bridges. The plan also includes securing places of worship and holy sites, deploying medical detachments and emergency teams in crowded areas, and launching awareness campaigns to counter rumors and negative phenomena in cooperation with citizens.
