Higher Education Decides to Expand Mutual Admission Seats Between Baghdad and Kurdistan Region

mniraq - In a move aimed at strengthening academic ties, the Federal Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has approved the expansion of the mutual admission plan with universities in the Kurdistan Region to reach 1,250 study seats. Bilateral discussions resulted in an agreement to overcome administrative obstacles and facilitate degree equivalency procedures for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. This decision comes as part of a comprehensive strategy to support institutional scientific cooperation and provide a flexible educational environment that serves students' academic paths nationwide.
