mniraq - The Supreme Judicial Council held its twelfth session chaired by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Dr. Faiq Zidan, witnessing the promotion of a number of judges and public prosecution members.
The council began its session by mourning the late retired judge Abdul Khaliq Imran Faris, discussing the granting of judicial positions based on public interest requirements to enhance the performance of the judicial institution.
In the same context, the council warned law degree holders against dealing with fake courses announced via social media for the Judicial Institute test, stressing that their outputs are not recognized at all.
