The Real Estate Registration Directorate has announced the start of preparations to establish a comprehensive database of property-owning citizens across all its branches. This move aims to support the requirements of Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi's initiative to distribute one million residential plots. Following a meeting with branch directors, Director General Ibtisam Raheem Abdullah confirmed that this step aligns with the Ministry of Justice's directives to organize real estate information and streamline distribution procedures. Specialized committees have been instructed to accelerate preparatory measures and enhance coordination with relevant authorities to ensure the project's accurate and rapid completion.
