Parliamentary Demands to Review Investment Contracts in Traffic Departments Amid Rising Transaction Costs

MP Mohammed Jassim Al-Khafaji criticized the management mechanism of traffic departments in the country, noting that the decision to outsource them to investment during the previous government's term has significantly increased financial burdens on citizens. He explained that the cost of processing a single transaction has reached 35,000 Iraqi dinars, considering this approach detrimental to citizens' interests and a waste of public funds.
