Ministry of Transport Announces Completion of Planning and Rehabilitation Projects at Umm Qasr Northern Port

The Ministry of Transport has announced the completion of planning works for the berths and waterfront at the Umm Qasr Northern Port by technical teams. The works included equipping the port facilities with necessary signs and guidelines to regulate truck movement and ensure a smooth workflow in accordance with approved international standards. Port management emphasized that this project aims to facilitate commercial transport operations, enhance organizational awareness among workers, and rehabilitate service facilities and warehouse facades to reflect the facility's economic and operational importance at the national level.
