Ministry of Oil Discusses Investment Prospects and Energy Sector Development with Chevron

The Deputy Minister of Oil for Extraction Affairs, Naseer Aziz, held talks with the Vice President of the American energy corporation Chevron, Joe Cook, and his accompanying delegation to discuss prospects for mutual cooperation. The meeting reviewed available investment opportunities for implementing strategic projects in the oil and energy sectors. Discussions focused on enhancing collaboration in alignment with the Iraqi government's sustainable development goals, as well as advancing the national oil industry to maximize financial and economic revenues from oil production.
