The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced the start of disbursing the dues of guaranteed retired workers for the month of May 2026 in the capital, Baghdad, and all provinces. Kholoud Hairan Finjan, Director General of the Department of Retirement and Social Security for Workers, confirmed the completion of all technical and financial procedures to deposit salaries starting this Wednesday afternoon, April 29. The ministry called on beneficiaries to head to approved electronic payment outlets to receive their salaries with ease and convenience.
