Minister of Health Announces Salary Increase and Permanent Status for Graduate Contractors

The Minister of Health announced a monthly salary increase for newly contracted graduates to 600,000 Iraqi Dinars, confirming that their transition to permanent employment status will be integrated into the upcoming state budget. The minister indicated that the ministry, in coordination with the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance, amended the contractual terms to enhance financial compensation in recognition of the vital role these graduates play within medical institutions. Furthermore, efforts persist to address employment solutions for the remaining graduates of medical and health colleges.
