Iraqi Judiciary Issues Subpoena Against Former MP Abdul Hadi Al-Saadawi

The Al-Karkh Third Investigation Court has issued a subpoena against former Member of Parliament Abdul Hadi Al-Saadawi, following a formal complaint filed by MP Othman Al-Shaibani. The Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated that Al-Shaibani presented the court with official documents and correspondence from the Ministry of Interior and the Police College confirming his graduation from the College of Law at the University of Kerbala and his regular promotion through military ranks, supporting the legal complaint submitted to the judiciary.
