Head of Presidency Diwan Retired, New Government Decisions Published

The Ministry of Justice announced the publication of a new issue of the Official Gazette, which includes several Presidential Decrees, decisions, and government instructions. The Ministry stated that the issue includes a Presidential Decree retiring Mr. Karim Abbas Al-Dulaimi, the Head of the Presidency Diwan, upon reaching the legal retirement age. The issue also includes another decree regarding the granting of confidence to the Prime Minister and members of the Cabinet, as part of the constitutional procedures for forming the government. Additionally, the Official Gazette published new instructions regarding the licensing of private educational institutions, and a decision by the Ministerial Council for Economy amending fine amounts stipulated in the Public Health Law. The issue also included statements issued by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, as part of a series of legal and administrative updates.
