The Head of the Supreme Commission for Hajj and Umrah has issued a directive to cancel the requirement of paying administrative and technical service fees when applying for the electronic Hajj lottery, in response to citizens' appeals and to ease their financial burden. The Commission confirmed that the collection of these fees will be suspended in coordination with the relevant authorities, ensuring that all previously paid amounts will be refunded electronically to citizens according to approved mechanisms without the need to visit official departments.
