Calls to Strengthen Government Support and Expedite the Completion of the Iraqi Cabinet

Iraqi political circles witnessed renewed emphasis on the importance of providing full support to the current government to enable it to face the challenges the country is going through. During high-level political talks, the necessity of expediting the filling of vacant ministerial portfolios and completing the government cabinet was stressed, to ensure integrated institutional performance that meets the aspirations of the citizens and addresses vital files, especially the service and economic ones. Participants in the talks called for the continuation of constructive national dialogue and the unification of political ranks, as a way to enhance the stability of the state and protect the supreme interest of the country.
