The proposed plan includes planting specific resilient tree species proven to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Experts also emphasized the necessity of entrusting planning and monitoring tasks to academic and research institutions to ensure the sustainability of irrigation systems and shield these vital projects from commercial motives.
