By Government Directive: Federal Military Delegation Discusses Security of Oil Companies in the Kurdistan Region

The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, received a high-ranking federal military delegation led by the Army Chief of Staff, Abdul Amir Rashid Yarallah, to discuss the security arrangements for oil companies operating in the region. The visit was conducted under direct orders from the General Command of the Armed Forces, aiming to establish joint working mechanisms between federal forces and the Peshmerga to secure the resumption of oil production and export operations. Barzani praised the level of coordination between Baghdad and Erbil, emphasizing the importance of these joint security measures in revitalizing the national economy and closing security gaps in areas of mutual interest.
