Baghdad Municipality Police Director Martyred and Personnel Injured During Encroachment Removal Operation in Al-Dora

mniraq - A security force from the Baghdad Municipality Police Directorate came under direct gunfire in the Al-Dora area of Baghdad. The attack resulted in the martyrdom of a brigadier general serving as the director of the Karkh Municipality Police section and another security member, while four others, including a civilian employee, sustained injuries during an official mission to remove illegal housing encroachments. Security forces established a cordon around the area and sealed off entry points to conduct a widespread search operation, arresting a suspect while investigations continue.
